Flag on the map - what is it

Anyone knows what does such flag means?

It's a marker posted by another player to tag a location to meet up at.

You can put them there with Ctrl+click. Then you'll have a <flag> tag which you can use in your chat. It creates a clickable link in chat with the zone and position, which when clicked will bring up the map and focus on that location, from there you can also click on the nearest Aetheryte to teleport.

You can also mark your own location by typing <pos>. And if you click on the location link in the chat, you can repost the position by typing <flag>.
