    Collector's edition upgrade gift

    I would like to buy a collector's edition upgrade for a friend that already has the game, but I'm not sure how to go about this. Any help?

    If they already have the game the only way to upgrade to collector's edition is to use the digital upgrade option through the mogstation.

    Some kind of gift card and tell him what to use it on, I guess.

    SECOND QUESTION, does the digital collector's edition or the CE upgrade come with the soundtrack?
