Please decouple Frontlines from Grand Company

Or at least add options. As of now it's just a hassle, queues are lopsided due to representation, free companies are blocked from playing with each other, swapping has a cooldown and also blocks you from already earned items, etc.

It would be better just to have specific PvP factions that are seperate from PvE functionality.

It wouldnt even have been so much of a problem if the jobs were well balanced between them.

First: A lot of people playing Scholar are from Limsa, a lot of people playing Conjurer are from Gridania. I'm not saying all of them are, not at all, but enough to give some nation 3x healers per group (read: invincible) and other nations 0 to 1.

Second: Ballance issues. Having a group from nation A with 3 healers means that any enemy group from nation B that has 8 to 10 people will not be able to do enough damage to take out group A.

So removing it from Grand Companies would atleast give everyone a reasonably equal representation of jobs. But it's already set into lore and cannot possibly be removed anymore...
