I'm down for a Hyperion dinner. One thing to keep in mind is that, at least at the hotels on the Strip, food can get kind of expensive; ultimately, it depends on what we'd want, really.
It might be worth looking into going to a buffet, since last I knew they had open seating and, obviously, tons of food. The only problem there is that even that can get a bit pricey (last I knew, the Rio had one for $25 a person).
I'll do a bit more research and see what I can find. Don't be afraid to do your own though. There's a lot of places to eat on the Strip, and I'd love to try some new ones (within budget, of course haha).
If all else fails, In-N-Out's not far away, and that's always good haha
