Obligatory Hyperion Thread

If you bought tickets in the first round they didn’t give us the option but you can go back into the Eventbrite site and update this information.

1. Log into your Eventbrite Account, click on your name and then go to My Tickets

2. Go to the ticket event and click “View Order”

3. Go to the ticket you want to edit and click the “Edit” button off to the right side.

4. Click on your Data Center and select a different Center. Go back and re-select your correct Data Center and it will prompt the World Server choices.

5. Make any changes you need and before you hit “Save” check off the box that says “Send confirmation email to new attendee” under the email address

6. Click “Save” to save your information and it will email you the updated ticket. If you dont check off “Send confirmation email to new attendee” it wont send you the updated ticket.
