We've got a steady growth going but are considering closing down recruitment briefly around big patches which bring in the "come'n'goers", "patch jumpers", whatever you call them :P

In any case I'd also recommend making a post in the Brynhildr section of FFXIVRealm.com since they tend to fill google searches and have a lot of good people on that forum already, assuming quality is a concern. A lot of our more long-time loyal and supportive members came from there.
