Transfer Character Issue.

Greetings, yesterday I bought a character transfer, and somehow the character that was transfered was a lvl1 lat instead my main? (which makes no sense.. who would transfer a lvl1 char instead creating one?)...

I've been trying over and over to get some help from both Support and Ingame GM. and they bounce me to each other.. if i talk to a GM he says "oh is a support issue, talk to them try Billing deparment and they will help" then they tell me "Only GMs can check the transfer issues, please contact one" .

I've been waiting for help for over 30 hours and nothing has been resolved so far, how can I get help with my issue? I'm kind of frustated here. I tried everything, online chat, email support, ingame support (which by the way, take hours to contact).

After 48 hours got an answer from my email.... saying I should contact support via chat.. some help please? this is a never ending cycle..
