Ninja Novus Weapon

Trying to peer into my crystal ball the best way I can and utilizing the best logic I can muster. I've been trying to figure out which two stats Ninja would use on its Novus weapon based on what's been shown so far. I suppose one could put Crit and Determination on it, but looking at the mudra seals, perhaps Skill Speed will be an important stat to have ? What two stats do you guys think (based off what we've seen) would make the best Ninja Novus Weapon ?

Sounds great. Here's hoping some of the skills are multihit attacks, such as the Shuriken rain, which would drive this point home.

But that's not really how it works. Crit as a % increase in dps works exactly the same no matter if you attack quickly or slowly since it will apply the same proportion of extra damage.
Point for point you'll get more damage with det than with crit unless there's some kind of crit-based proc or other manipulation of crit.

If you're trying to plan for it, collect crit and det.
If it turns out other stats are more useful, those should still sell for more than other materia.

So you should instead concentrate on getting the oil for base relic, 3 mists for zenithing, 12 atma, make sure myth and sold are capped or near capped when 2.4 hits so you can start buying books asap, buy the 3 inks for novus scroll, and collect 75 alexandrites.

Or an UAT+Sand+10xRowena's Token (soldiery) for i110 weapon that you can use from the moment you hit 50 without going through relic quest.

This is part of the trouble with being able to be all classes on one character. We won't even get into how having your job share the same level as the class just adds to it.

Det and crit, because rog is fast "auto" attacker & poison user, poison is most likely DoT and skill speed doesnt affect auto attack and DoT.
maype Spell speed for ninjutsu (BRD's song cast time is affected by spell speed and not skill speed)
