Midgardsormr Markets: A Question

As far as the Midgardsormr consumer is concerned, you have two kinds of people. The one kind that has mysteriously high amount of money and that will bypass any advertising or any efforts made by crafters to buy straight out of the marketboards on choice items at very inflated prices. You've seen it happen and it will happen again. I personally hated playing the marketboard game as I preferred to leave a PF up and just do other things while my Final Fantasy does the advertising for me. In some cases, as my PF was up, something I would've sold for a million gil would get bought out for four times the amount on the marketboards. These people have so much money that they just bypass opportunities to save money and funnel theirs to the very few crafters who bother clogging the marketboards with their things.

Then you have the type that wants an item but insists on providing all the materials, thinking it will be cheaper, even if said materials aren't in their inventory and just as they are trying to settle with you for the price of a synth you notice them buying the materials you yourself had set up for auction and it makes you facepalm.

Otherwise once in a blue moon you will have the reasonable customer who understands that buying a fully-crafted item from you will be cheaper overall in the first place and will happily settle with you.

On a different note, I moved servers as this character is an alt to my main raiding one. We needed someone to powersynth a new FC to rank 6 in Balmung so we could get another large house after getting rid of Historia's.
