Connection Problem from Hong Kong

Recently me and my friends are experiencing occasional lag spikes between 6pm - 1am (GMT+8). Our game clients ceased to receive any packets for 30sec leading to a freeze.

The connection then resumes back to normal by receiving a huge packet hence influencing the game to "fast-forward" to catch up whatever happened in the last 30sec. For a lack of a better word this "symptom" began 2-3 days ago and is seriously affecting our performance. Dungeons and duty roulettes are out of the question as well as crafting.

I'm not a tech savy person but I did a standard ping test when there is a spike. The following is my result:

I have the same situation too, the game has been laggy since two weeks ago but still playable.
Unfortunately I got horribly laggy (freeze and fast-forward) while i was in T6 and ST last night ...
