Extreme Primals Unlocked?

Could someone please help clarifying something to me. I believe I heard/read in an interview, possibly Live Letter(I don't remember) that it was either this patch, or I think patch 2.4, we won't have to clear the Extreme Primal fights in a certain order to unlock the next one?

Basically we will be able to unlock any Extreme Primal fight we want?

Unfortunately that's incorrect.

The Primal Ex Order is - Garuda - Titan - Ifrit

Once all three are unlocked you can fight Leviathan and Moggle Mog Ex In any order you want.

Only after these 2 are downed can you fight Ramuh Ex.

This isnt correct. You no longer have to defeat Ifrit to unlock Mog and Levi. You do however have to defeat Mog and Levi to fight Ramuh. This is since 2.3

got to be garuda to unlock titan, got to beat titan to unlock ifrit

you dont need to beat to above three to get leviathan or moogle ex, but you need to have beated leviathen and moogle to fight ramuh ex

you basically can skip titan and ifrit and go straight to levi.

did not they remove the need of first 3 primals to fight levi/mog ?

straight from the 2.3 patch notes:

"Completion of The Bowl of Embers (Extreme) is no longer required to undertake The Whorleater (Extreme) or Thornmarch (Extreme)."

yeah I know they unlocked moggle cause I haven't even tried titan ex, but im trying to beat moggle ex
