Atma: Like I posted on another post, Progression based. Set amount of fates needed to attune each stone to 40-50. Then after you have done all 12, create another fight similar to Chimera or Hydra to complete that part of quest. Simple, easily designed, and following the trend as earlier parts of the Relic quest.
Hunts: Make Hunts similar to Behemoth or Odin fights on a random 2-3 day timer. Increase rewards for participants for the longer timer but also balance it by allowing only 1-2 hunts per week. This would make people do dungeons, raids and dailies while also giving a special event for people to look forward to.
Crafting: As in real life, instead of crafting based solely on everything RNG, mimic real life in regards to perfecting your craft. You attempt to craft a item for the first time, but you fail. Then you attempt it again but with a higher chance of succeeding until you finally have attempted it so many times that you have 100% chance of succeeding since IRL people who craft the same item over and over again can craft that said item in their sleep figuratively.
Raids: Remove lockouts on people who have already have gone into a raid that week so they can help others if they want knowing they wont get anything but a thank you from those players they helped. Also create a practice mode for people who want to attempt to learn the mechanics of a fight without a fear of being locked out for the week.
Mirrors: Similar to the Atma part I wrote above, you have the beast tribe dailies tied into the mirror which would be based on reputation. Once you have a certain rep, you get a quest to go back into the Primal Fight and capture some essense or something to get a mirror. This would not only help SE make something earned through time and diligence, but also give players some sort of progression they can track while making sure all players are on equal ground on earning said gear.
Those are just a few ideas I have to create a funner and less RNG based game which I know alot of people will disagree with. These are my ideas that I feel would not only revitalize the game but also make players feel that some random player got something faster than them not on effort but by sheer luck like a slot machine.
