Have equipped a Zenith weapon, have the quest "Up in Arms" in the Journal Complete list under the category "Zodiac Weapon" and doing FATEs in the zones listed up in the quest info

Condition for Alexandrite drop:
Have equipped an Animus weapon, have the quest "Star Light, Star Bright" in the Journal Complete list under the category "Zodiac Weapon" and doing every FATE you can find everywhere (you get faster Alexandrite from Mysterious Maps and GC hunt shop)
