Mindflayer should have spawned for server's with their window up.

Mindflayer just spawned ON me, so im guessing it's similar to Croak/Nandi/Brontes, where it has a location you need to fulfil.

Most people are just running around doing fate's, or quest's and dont realise when they have ran past a location, they have spawned.

I'll like some-one else to check this if possible.

Laideronette spawn in 1 hour 10minute's or so, for those server's who have the window up.

EDIT: 15minute's longer than i guessed. 15mins till it's up

No Theda yet though.
And still nobody willing to help for Nunyunuwi, huuh.

Edit : And now Minohacao, killed mobs while talking with a friend, forgot to scout. Someone else found it "randomly". lol Took me like, 15minutes maybe

Soo Croakadile, I tried walking through this spawn point

From 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM ET and nothing, I kept walking through all other spawn points and it finally spawned on (24,24) at 12:36 AM ET after I walked through the spawn point, note that I previously walked through that spawn point at least four times the previous eorzean day.

As for Nandi I got it to spawn on (10,21) at 11:45 AM ET.

Any idea's how he was spawned?

Not at all, I asked other people I just got a "I FOUND IT " from someone else. Apparently the spawn was completely random and no one tried anything... xD So I guess that was just luck. Someone almost died or something and Safat spawned. Pure luck, no one was really trying to spawn him.
