Once I figured out how to convert real time to Eorzean time/date and back from Eorzean time/date to real time, it is very easy to calculate every spawn. It was then a matter of noticing that Croakadile would spawn at 5pm Eorzean time on the 17th of a month, Mindflayer at midnight of the 2nd of the month, and so forth. Since I made myself tools for calculating these things, I can already tell you that the next Mindflayer spawn is in 1 day, 13:56:08 (CEST: 2014-10-26 04:40:00 / PDT: 2014-10-25 19:40:00) and the next Croakadile spawn is in 2 days, 8:14:09 (CEST: 2014-10-26 22:59:35 / PDT: 2014-10-26 13:59:35)

On the subject of predictions, we're going to be one weather cycle short of a Garlok spawn if my 200 minute theory is correct. For safety, look for Garlok on your servers in 50 minutes from this post, it might be that there are factors yet unknown to his spawn.

Rain ended at 12:13:30 CEST. It's going to rain again in 23 minutes, meaning only 187 minutes have passed since it rained. We'll be short those wussy 13 minutes of a spawn if the 200 minute theory is correct.

The windows are individual per server, depending on when you killed it on your server. We have no way of knowing it for your server, so you'll have to be aware of this information yourself.

Too early to call that still, we're over 70 minutes away from the 200 minute necessary zero rain time, meaning a rain can sneak in at any point.
