Any time I've seen Nandi spawn is from using minion roulette near his spawn points. I've had him spawn a few times for me this way. Walking past with a minion out didn't seem to work.

I think the main issue with Nandi was that people only summon minions on the stone path and they don't keep using minion roulette, they stay with one minion out walking around, going to the spawn points makes a lot more sense and fits with Brontes.
Makes me wonder if Nuny has to do with doing something at the spawn locations.

Zone: Central Shroud
Hunt target: Laideronnette
Spawn condition: Linked to weather conditions. Has a chance to spawn when two cycles of weather (8+8 Eorzea hours) stay marked as being rain in Central Shroud once the cooldown is up.
Respawn cooldown: 45 hours (set in stone, will not spawn after anything but 45 hours)
Still waiting for laideronette to spawn, 48 hour's on our timer.
If you're using the Ariyala hunt tracker, I believe the Nandi timer is set at 36 hours, which is not correct. I'm sure you had it spawn after the 13 hours but anything prior to that was probably wasted.
Awesome deylin. Great video capturing the spawn.Any time I've seen Nandi spawn is from using minion roulette near his spawn points. I've had him spawn a few times for me this way. Walking past with a minion out didn't seem to work.

I haven't seen him spawn from just getting a bite. It seems to spawn as soon as the glimmerscale goes into your inventory.I failed to catch a Glimmerscale (Got away) and Zona Seeker still popped. I asked in Shout if anyone else was fishing and found a Glimmerscale but I got no reply. Someone was looking for the S before the Glimmerscalse appeared, and it didn't pop yet.
So maybe you don't have to catch it. It just needs to bite (?)

This is correct, many time's have i lost zona seeker and theda, through 'fish got away' but i've always noticed it's a chance to spawn upon catch!I haven't seen him spawn from just getting a bite. It seems to spawn as soon as the glimmerscale goes into your inventory.

My friend caught his first judgeray the other day, and spawned theda, even though i have 20+ judgeray from trying to spawn
Garlok will have spawned on those server's with window's up.
This was the global spawn, everyone will get it at the same time this one time.
