They are on a timer - around 3 - 5 minutes and they spawn on the know hunt spots. What happens after that, we don't know - but they seem to be the minions for Forgiven Rebellion, yes.

They appear once the S Rank is dead. You then need to find them - and you need to kill them in a specific amount of time. If you don't kill them fast enough, they will disappear.

They've got a 4 (or 5) minute Ranging "buff" with text: "Scouting territory. Will halt if engaged in combat. If not engaged while scouting will end foray and return home". After it expires, they despawn with zone-wide message "The minions of an extraordinary powerfull mark have withdrawn..."

Well, that's...confusing.

It is worth noting that the German hint for the hunt very specifically mentions the "tinker of a bell", though.

I also had a hunch the prismstones from the legendary node might spawn it, too.

Chaos data center has had two other Aglaope spawns and they still dont know how or why

Our second spawn on Chaos from a few hours ago - incl. "fight"... he melted.

Also with the special minion spawn at the end for Forgiven Rebellion.
