I'll try to spawn level up the fisher too to help. Could this be a mooch chain to spawn it? Like Krill > Shrimp > Shellfish

Note: Apparently about Okina, some people think it gonna have a time based window because "Spring tide" is mentioned.

Contrary to my expectations, the JP hunt descriptions are virtually identical to the US ones.

The only notable difference is that the JP description of Okina mentions "the corpses of shellfish" instead of clams, which is a far more generalized term.

Any specific location such as near his spawn point, or just anywhere in the zone?

I was swimming in Loch Seld when I did the item dumping.

He ended up spawning really far away from there.

Just some notes from the Goblin server. Orghana and Gamma were spawned in all three instances. Locations for Gamma were

Gamma was spawned by running over spawn points with Toy Alexander out (on chocobo in this case). This serves as more verification to the current spawn theory for this guy.

All three locations were in the northern portion of the map. Also, all coordinates from other servers that I've seen are also in this part of the map. While still early, a reasonable conclusion to draw is that this S can only spawn on the north half of the map (similar to how Agrippa/Bonnacon/Zona Seeker/Garlok/Nunyunuwi are limited to a particular area.). Time will tell of course.

Has anyone had Gamma spawn elsewhere?

-For the first spawn of Orghana, I was not around for as I did not have the zone unlocked at that point.

-For the second spawn, I zoned into Steppes, searched for Orghana. It was not up. When the fate, "More than a tribute" popped, I completed it, searched for about 5 minutes (flying/mount speed not unlocked yet) and Orghana was up.

-After the second spawn was killed, I zoned into the remaining instance only to see "More than a Tribute" fail. Fate repopped 45 minutes later and was completed. Searched the zone and did not find Orghana. About 20 minutes later (the fate had yet to repop) I found Orghana up.

This leads me to believe the following
- Consecutive completions of "More than a Tribute" is not needed (ie: this one is not exactly like Senmurv)
- Orghana may not spawn instantly on the completion of the fate.

Did anyone witness Orghana pop instantly on the completion of the fate?

Spring tides come at full and new moons. The only shellfish in The Ruby Sea is the Yumemi (underwater) and the Naked Yumemi, as well as Common Whelk which can be spearfished. Both are worth testing killing/spearfishing for spawns during new and full moons. The A rank Oni Yumemi also exists, but I've seen that thing killed countless of times during new and full moons and seen no Okina.
