The FATE was there before the maintenance on Cerberus but not after it, yet we killed Kaiser Behemoth yesterday aprox 36h after maintenance. So I highly doubt that the FATE is connected to his spawn.

Bird of Paradise and Kaiser Behemoth seem to have been spawned and killed around 5:30 AM PST (~75:30 after maint) and 6:30 AM PST(~76:30) on Siren. I was trying to help spawn them around 3 to 4 AM, so it looks like the HW S ranks have after maintenance respawn timers that are 36 hours min and 75+ hours maximum.

KB and Pale rider popped almost back to back on Hyperion (praying these were force pops)

Kaiser Behemoth spawned just a few minutes ago on Exodus and was taken out. Spawned via the behemoth heir method again. May require hitting a specific spawn point since there was more than one of us trying and the spawn did happen when one of the people flew over the spot he spawned at.

I know on the previous spawn I had flown by a few potential spawn points when I finally passed the one he spawned at. So don't know if he was later this time due to the window or me just missing the spawn point that had been randomed for him this cycle on my previous times flying around the zone.
