Garlok downed today. (Hopefully) spawned at around 9pm ET, cloudy(not overcast) skies, dead at 1030pm ET, cloud(not overcast) on Wineport side of the map. Matter of Rut fate was at 45% at the time of Garlok's death. Did Garlok spawn at the same time as when Matter of Rut started? Not sure. Also can't say what the weather was before Cloudy but im 90% sure it wasn't showers.

I think I hit 122 yesterday? I'm in a different timezone than my server is, so I'm asleep or working when most of them spawn

Elite mark bills, as well as rank B elite marks, have been adjusted as follows:
The respawn time of rank B elite marks has been changed to five seconds.
Rank B elite marks will no longer yield rewards upon defeat.
All players will now be assigned a different weekly elite mark.

I will now consider both timing and bothering with B ranks to be defunct, and the section about B ranks will be removed from my original post.

Consider the current information about A and S ranks to be useless until it has been tested again

All of the changes outlined in the patch only affect B ranks. After two "A Trains" today, I can confirm the spawn timers for A ranks in the first post still hold true.

Good to hear, we've had similar experiences on Excalibur! Now to see if we're able to pop S ranks before 24 hours have passed, since our previous spawn windows of multiple of them are available again.

Just downed Garlok again. Fair weather at 15:00ET. A LS member said he spawned on them while they were farming shards (it spawned on wineport side again near mugworts). Checked for fates at ToD and only saw Crab And Go(stupid me for not checking the map right away.)

So the only thing I can contribute here is for the xth time it was not immediately after showers/rain.

This is the 2nd day in a row he spawned on this spot but gathering lends nothing to his lore.

Garlok spawned today at the 24hr mark after the maintenance, "Just a Matter of Rut" FATE was up.
