I'm under the impression the servers were up for two hours or more before they opened.

I'm fairly positive that Ariyala's post-maintenance Nandi timer is about two hours slow, too, which would explain why it showed up as "early" as it did.

Ari has Nandi normal respawn at 44, when it's pretty much 47-52. But we did just confirm ours at 2h 10m before open.

Minhocao 3h 45m before ari open so it isn't just a nandi naturally being off thing. 4+ hours on them all.

Safat hit 15+ hours and still wasn't spawning, so I assumed it was dead, but then it ended up appearing some time in the early morning while I was asleep.

No one actually knows when the servers are up, so you can't blame them for having timers that are off. Also, that's very normal for Safat.

Safat's max respawn post maintenance is 14 hours or so, so he should've been up even when accounting for the servers coming up early.

His post-maintenance respawn timer is probably quick by more then a few hours.
