If they ever reset, they'll despawn instantly, so refrain from engaging until other people arrive.

We almost had it earlier but someone didn't know better and one of them escaped because it two-shotted them. They hit rather hard and will kill non-tanks very easily. Both of their other mechanics are easily avoided, but instakill if they hit.

EDIT: Ended up getting a follow-up Forgiven Rebellion that spawned in Rak'tika after an Ixtab kill. The sin eaters seem to have fixed spawn points that are not the same as those of hunt marks, so actually getting it to show is pretty easy once you figure them out.
