I went in with a nunyunuwi theory and gathered from every unspoiled legendary and ephemeral node and it popped between 1 and 2 eorzea days, so I am going to keep trying. Also worth noting I teleported out to hit bonna and croque nodes so wasn't in zone the whole time.
