    The code for these types of items (from previous fanfest experience) is given at the event and is usually valid for months so technically you can sell the code used to activate it similar to how one could give out their spare pre order codes to friends in order to have them get the items. It wont suprise me if they appear to be sold but I doubt they will be anything less than a fortune if sold for ingame currency.
