Items for Rowena's Tokens (Primal Focus)

Seeing as how Rowena's Tokens rewards from Primal Focus are only used for one thing so far, does anyone think they should see more uses to encourage more people to go back to Ex Primals? Currently the only reason I would go back to fighting them would be to farm the primal weapon ingredients (crag heart et al.) and as you may know they are about as rare as the infamous mirror/mount drops.

Would anyone see any point in making them possible purchases for Rowena's Tokens? It would encourage crafters to go back while still giving incentive for non-crafters to snag them (crag heart sells for 1mil in Hyperion on mb). Since people also farm for ponies, they could possibly be a high token cost reward as well? Thoughts or ideas anyone?

EDIT:
Also an idea is to add a new Primal Focus-esque quest when Shiva drops that has you defeat all 6 primals. This can be accepted at the same time as the original Primal Focus quest and would reward you an upgrade item that can be used on the i90 weapons that Rowena awards you and would turn them into i100 or so. That way none of the ex primals would grow stale quite as fast since there would be incentive still to not only get Rowena's tokens from the Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit but to continue fighting the other primals for the upgrade as well. Thoughts?
