How Do I Take A New Eternal Bond

The first person who I took the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding with back in 2015, has not played the game in over a year and can no longer afford to do so. So I want to take the Eternal Bond with someone else. However, I can't get rid of my ring and thus I can't annul my first Eternal Bond.

How do I annul my first Eternal Bond so I can take a new one?

You'll need to talk to the NPC standing on the right in the in little building just before the temple in East Shroud. He'll remove the bonding and take the ring back and you'll be free to undertake a new Eternal Bonding.

NPC at the chapel place will let you break the bond and take your ring so you can bond with someone else.
