1: Naoki Yoshida commentated Chinese players' Ultima Weapon fights with a translator. (Sexy voice.)
2: He even fighted Ultima personally with BLM. (That video is probably using his view.)
3: BLM is his main job, but no idea which server he is on. (Enhance BLM plz.)
4: Yoshida gave out 1000+ autographed posters in 2 days.
5: Yoshida said that he wants to remake Hamlet. (A battle that involved all classes in 1.23 version. We want the concept, not the grinding please.)

Pretty sure they hated it because it was instanced (despite looking like it should have been open world) and the stupid grind it had. People tend to like SE's/Yoship's ideas but always come out disappointed and enraged at how they executed those ideas. They really need to take a look at that.

The only way how it can work open world is if it is like leve, behest or chocobo caravan. Make it open-world with no limitation of participants and you would have just another zerg event.

Also with instanced there can be multiple defence events in the same hamlet. If it would be open world, everyone who is not a participant in the current round have to wait until the next round start.


also I bet to get the next relict weapon after Novus you would need to get 3 beastmen seals from each hamlet defence ^^

easy to tell because has the 2 tank mounts with both tank jobs at 0

many of this character exist that follow these naming style and mounts that shouldnt be open but most of the events I have seen him at community wise appear on chocobo and this one looks like the character used at the events

the other 3 characters with the naming conventions appear to be copy and paste while the chocobo one actually took the time to glamour
