Its good to see there are others interested. I am unsure why you would say ps3 limitations as this could be just for PC users. /shrug
Because they've made it clear that they can't write separate clients. I've said before that there is absolutely no reason why PC users can't have a client as powerful and pretty as the 1.0 client while PS3 users have a more simplified client, but to the developers, everything seems to have to be exactly the same, just with minor quality differences.
this reminds me of that bruce willis movie with the robots for some reason.
Waste of resources.
That wasn't a waste :/. 1.0 was years behind even old games. They've made a lot of improvements during 2.0 development stages though, the last one was really great- where they blended shadows removing much of the shimmering and added better identity between the entities.
Not sure how nearly every game developed see worth making their flora adequate (last 5 years at least) and then this game should be exempt... (Even wow with terribad graphics had better).
If that doesn't mean anything, the great subligar king agreed that a little work would be great too. Holy art thou man.

I agree whole-heartedly, well as much as I can under the circumstances. I don't think anything is a waste as long as it provides entertainment. I think taking out alot of what was in 1.0 is a waste of resources. (CC/AV Dungeons) to name a few.
Anyway, If what Arias says is true then this topic should be closed. _-_ ah well.
Well they're supposed to be getting a Dx11* milestone soon that also comes with some graphical enhancements (or shortly thereafter). I imagine that would indeed stimulate the divide further, perhaps there is hopeI agree whole-heartedly, well as much as I can under the circumstances. I'm pretty sure a lot of the RPers on Balmung would have too much fun with this XD.
*The date has changed a few times so I may know the wrong one but last I heard it was a bit after the ChinaJoy event.
