When are hunts going to be balanced with the rest of the game?

At least I don't feel like I'm wasting my sub.

Plus I'm playing more and more since hunts were introduced, and the general population seem more active.

Massive groups teleporting from one point to the next and then out again isn't really what I would call "active."
