which dmg? its intended that everyone can gear up to 110 with ease without doing coil for being prepared for 2.4 content

How to farm upgrade items ?
Crystal tower => One/week, hard to get
Coil => very hard to get, 2 sands/oil and 1 tomestone for a full run for 8 players
Hunt => Sands and oils unlimited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't change that it's unbalanced, one content is best than every others, that's not supposed to be, oh and i'm sure that most of the players have a full soldiery gear.

It is relevant to everyone. If there wasn't a soliery cap, a person could have all jobs geared 100+ right now.
