    Bring back Hamlet!

It would be fun to do Hamlet again, an instance from 1.0 where a PvE group cooperated with DoH and DoL to save one of the smaller city-states in Eorzea from a beastmen attack.

It should be brought back with good loot, and maybe a lockout similar to Dynamis, that win or lose, you'll be locked out for an x amount of hours.

The idea of incorporating battle classes with gatherers and crafters is fun... THAT aspect of hamlet I liked. It was the endless grinding and certain level of RNG to get seals that bugged me. My linkshell did hamlets for about a month before we moved on to the next level of the 1.0 relic quest, and by the end of it... it was mind-numbing. I have the achievements for beating each hamlet at least 50 times, but I know there are people out there who did it even more than that. That was really no good. But, like I said... mixing battle and gatherers/crafters in some sort of cross-content would be fun.

Like. He said bring Hamlet back. No one said bring it also with seals again so we must grind it for countless hours. Forget about Seals, but Hamlet itself was fun.

I didn't mean the constant grinding. I even specified to add a lockout even if you lost.
The Hamlet would provide gear or glamoured gear (or points towards gear), for the battle classes and maybe improved DoH/DoL gear for the crafters.

I would like it if they changed the scoring system to not be completely stupid.

Killing some incredibly easy unassuming enemy that only appeared within the first minute or so was worth like 100x more points than doing a run with all battle classes or no battle classes, both of which were very difficult.

Hams in 1.0 were good in concept, but poor in execution, due to system limitations.

As we see with Frontlines and FATE, 2.0 can better support open-world and multi-party content. More features for crafters and gatherers beyond merely upgrading NPC or debuffing mobs are also on the table: traps, barricades, turrets - things that change the environment.

All the ingredients are there. Just waiting for them to get cooking. In 3.0. Yoshida.
