Game crashing while zoning to and from Mor Dhona

I have had issues in or around Revenant's Toll for awhile but now it has gotten so bad I can't zone in or out most of the time without the game crashing. This issue only occurs there. At first it only happened when zoning from Revenant's Toll to Coerthas. The game freezes then crashes. This issue is now a nearly 100% issue anytime I try to zone in there from Coerthas or out to Coerthas. So far since I set my free tele there I sometimes get in without crashing but now leaving via return caused the game to crash. This issue is so bad now my only way in our out safely is coming up from North Thanalan. I hope someone can look into this issue.
