Pair of High Allaghan Banghaks unable to Obtain, I would like to ask the GM support

I have recently not been UN-able acquire the High Allaghan Banghaks due to a bug , I clicked passed on the High Allagan Pantaloons however it carried over to the High Allagan Baghnakhs which made us unable to optain those fist. I would like to ask you to restore them to me. I have screenshots ready to provide proof of my "unable to obtain high allaghan banghaks" and the date of this occurence is 8/5/2014. around 10-10:30 pm pst time frame (10:17 pm pst to be exact).
