    Because I've played with a large majority of EU players from various locations, who have absolutely no issues.


    Isolated area/cases for unstable connections isn't a great reason to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new datacentre.


    I'm not saying people don't have terrible connections and that adding in an EU datacentre wouldn't fix it, in some cases it may, but in some cases it may not.

    I'd like to play as the Garlean Empire mostly because I want to see what a well founded highly commerce'd Garlean city looks like- I keep imagining I may have the opportunity to see a Midgard Zanarkand in FFXIV. :O

    I specially think knowing the Garleans closer would be interesting since so far we've only seen their military perspective, obviously that is not the best judgement of a person or a particular city in real life.. so it could be reasoned that Garleans are the same.

    They already answered this. Linkshells are designed as chat-channels only. Nothing more, nothing less.
    SE has clearly "listened" in the past when the playerbase uses content/systems in unintended ways. Hunts are a great example, as is XI's ninja job.

    In the absence of a more flexible FC system, players have used linkshells at times as pseudo community hubs. Again, hunts being a great example.

    Without meaningful improvements to FC infrastructure, adding in minimal ls improvements could go a long way.

    Either way, we need an answer from SE on the topic of community infrastructure.

    To some degree, quests are out of balance in terms of their level. It would be nice if every quest was possible to complete (perhaps after a few failures) by a character of that same level.

    To knock out the elephant in the room; adjust the rewards from hunts. I don't want them deleted or made totally useless. But I also don't want them to become the rampaging horde they are now.

    Adjust the atma drop rates. Nuff said.

    Personally I would like a more firm hand on crafting and gathering classes. I would prefer only 1 job at lvl cap, the rest are half way or not at all. This is mainly because I'm selfish and I would prefer players have 1 crafting class to focus on, that way things don't go full stupid when it comes to market.

    Animations
    I would like weight added back for movement. Just to make things slightly more interesting. I do not want it to slow down combat however.


    Misc
    All armor dyable by default, no need for these augmented sets or "old gear just called something new so we can dye it" sets.
    I like the idea of prisms to keep crafters relevant but at the same time, the cost of prisims are just stupid, and I'm aware they are only expensive because we buy them as such. So on the one hand I would just like a vanity tab, but on the other, I completely understand and support the prisims. So mix bag there.

    Expansion idea, the next continent we go to be big. Like super big, with just enough aetheryte as to not making it mind murderingly stupid to get around but large enough so that the world doesn't look or feel small.

    Adding to the above, NMs wonder around with a lot more frequency, but offer nothing really of value but a % chance of dropping a vanity item. Ideally it would be enticing enough for people to try and kill one if they happen across it, but not enticing enough to drag an entire server to it. As stated, they spawn regularly (not this 1 per hour - 1 every 48 hour stuff) so there shouldn't be a rush to grab them.
