Hello! May someone help me identify the value of different amounts of gil? For example, I have about 200,000 gil, but I have no clue if this means I'm mega rich, or just another poor adventurer.

update: Remember back when I was just another gil-less adventurer? Well... hehehe... you can now find me among Eorzea's millionaires! According to Jeannes guidelines - that means I'm rich!

Gill isn't too important anyways when it comes to gearing up charactee anyhow. As anything worth having is free from Dungeon,quests prior to end game. Once you hit 50. Dungeons coils raids and now hunts.If not thats when I buy gear. I spend my gill on mats and crystals for cooking mostly as any relevant low level gear is stored for leveling alternate class es. If need be as I started ill purchase

some people have several million. i would, but everytime i sell something, i buy other things right away, like better gear, ot mats. ive spent 400k in one day after someone bought an HQ il 70 bracelet. i bought all the crafting mats for the erudite picatrix of healing for an fc buddy and made it/melded it for his relic quest. i go from several hundred thousand to 20-30k, at least 2 times a week.

edit: i am a lv 48 BOT, but the last thing i do is farm shards,it takes too long and has no real xp as a reward, so when im crafting, and im low on shards, i buy them

At least for my server of Lamia, all servers have a different economy due to player amounts which generate different revenues.

i sold one full stack from gathering, and got 80k. if i didnt spend everything i get, from dungeons, crafting, or gathering, i would be pretty rich by now

I have 400k. A friend of mine had ~70 million before 2.3 hit.
