Yes! Yes! Yes!
Reasons listed above already. They'll remove the lockouts when the next end-game content is released. You can always PF for people and learn the fights. Form/search for a static. Research about the battles' mechanics.
So how do I clear something that I cannot even try or practice? You are missing the whole point all together. If you help someone and had the time teaching good one you. But there's some of us out there no having the chance to even practice coil because of the tossers and stuck up pro wannabes requesting only CLEAR experience? You missed the whole point.
A lot of us out here completely understand the reasons why you and many others are against the lockouts. The most helpful thing that could be done would be to add practice modes for current bosses so that players can gain the knowledge necessary to defeat the bosses without having to deal with the lockouts. Online tutorials and boss write-ups are great and all, but reading up on a fight is very different than doing it, as I'm sure everyone here is aware of by now.As the header says. This is to give non static players more of a chance to practice turns. Some of us can't clear certain stances due to lack of people Avaliable to help and to practice. It's a pain trying to join a PF only asking for a clear experience people....how the hell do I get clear exp when I cannot practice? There's a few statics out there with a massive head thinking they r mega pros and of course they better than others due to the fact the can clear coil over and over again.that's thanks to their group and time for practice. Some of us cannot do it not because we rubbish but we haven't got the people to practice with.
Let's make it fair for everyone and allow people to practice coil more often by removing the weekly lockouts from day 1. Practice makes better.
That and I think online tutorials have become something of a crutch for some game designers anyway. Best not to design a game around the idea that the target audience will create those sort of helpful resources for players.

We are. I accept the idea of "practice" < "theory", but having the theory is important. If you know the mechanics, how they work, then you'll be able to understand them better when it comes to practice them. Of course, what I'm saying here, goes to the OP.
OP, you can create your own PF, requesting a learning group to do your runs. People that didn't have a static or a nice group of people (I was one of them), start from the bottom. Find people like you, do the runs. Practice, learn. Then, with enough practice and when you already get the fight, join a win group and get rid of that turn.
What? you don't have 1 attempt per turn.So you can run into a hard instance with 8 people who've done nothing more than read mechanics, die on the first boss, have no further practice/experience, and wait to wipe again next week?
That's fucking legit. About the equivalent of trying to earn your degree by taking 1 class once a week.

[Request] stop making these stupid threads.
Instead of you seeing PF groups like: "SCoB Turn 1,2,3 or 4 practice, everyone welcome!"
This is what you're gonna see: " WTS SCoB any turn PST"
The solution to your problem is to find people who are in the same boat as you and would like to clear coil as well. There's a ton of people who haven't cleared coil yet, you just have to find them. Another way of becoming a part of a static is showing people you have what it takes to carry your own weight.
I see a lot of people love not having anything to do during the week or not be able to play with their friends. Oh well, it is a single player jrpg with co-op after all.
OH MY, THE DRAMA.
Oh wait, when Coil 1-5 was unlocked, there were tons of people who were happy they could farm it.
