/sit bug in Buscarron's Fold

It seems there is a bug that prevents to /sit in one of the "chairs" around the campfire in Buscarron's Fold settlement -Black Shroud- (the '!' mark doesn't appear neither). I marked it in this screen,

The other "chairs" are ok.
