All this obsession over iL... I'll never understand it. All iL is is a 'You must be this tall' sign in front of a community pool... and the height required is 5'11". You can know how to swim like a champ, or have adequate flotation devices to make the need to swim irrelevant, but heaven forbid you're 5'10" or shorter. I have yet to set up a gear set with a higher iL than 89 and have not suffered one bit for it. So you want Soldiery accessories to be free of the U/U restriction... why stop at Soldiery accessories? Why not have U/U removed from everything? No, I think everything is fine as is. Learn to build a real gear set like a good player.
