I still find it funny the pathetic attempt of elitism. Even after SE took their epeen with the ilvl number for most gear pieces now they're trying to hold to the last i110 piece like it means anything.

Gear means nothing, you can find someone with full soldiery performing better than someone with full HA, being good at following step-by-step guides doesn't make you a skilled player, if you want a proof go do duty finder with randoms, eventually you will find healers and tanks with high allagan gear that don't know how to play their job properly (i'm sure DPS too but DPS is harder to notice).

If it bothers you that much what other people are using then I don't know what to tell you, maybe go play a single player game?

The percentage of players in HA I see that play poorly in comparison to those in full hunt upgraded soldiery, is quite small. Not to mention, many don't care that other people get equal gear so much as how easily it's obtained, which can be a health issue for the game.

SE already messed up, most i110 gear is already easily obtainable, what's the point on defending that ring like if it means anything?

If the argument was that it's better to have gear pieces distributed in different content I'd fully agree, but if the only reasoning to get this anal for a ring is "it would be too easy to get" even after hunts came out, come on please...

I'm not defending them at all, their reasoning was for you to only have one of the rings, nothing more. If you want another i110 ring, you know where to get it.
