High Skill Speed for 35 Monk?

I'm looking to maximize my skill speed, I have some decent gear, but I want to try and make it better. What's the highest skill speed I can get on a level 35-36 Monk.

I respect you're wish to want to be a good monk during the level process but honestly... Just grind dungeons till you are 50. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but the truth is at 35 you'd see such little returns on the skill speed stat anyways.

Once you are 50 you will have tons of time deciding which of the 3 man dps stats you enjoy more. I personally feel Determination gives you the highest increase in DPS between the three.

Looking at stat weights, you are absolutely correct about Determination. 3-4 Det = 1 STR where 10 Crit or SkSp = 1 STR. Crit and Skill Speed are such underwhelming stats when you take a look at the positional bonuses Monk has

the secondary stat won't give you much in return at all PRE 50 (even with DeT) as lower level gear has low stat cap. if you really want to maximize you DPS pre 50, you can either farm dungeon close to your lv and get the MNK from there or use crafted equipment and melt some mat on them (not worth it as you will level pass them pretty fast and they a bit expensive.)
