I am looking for medium-hardcore players for the flagship raid team. Current spots filled: Monk/Dragoon/Tank for the flagship team.

I also want endgame players to build their own groups with my help and guidance and standards. They will be a mirror image of the flagship team and we will continue to produce these teams in this fashion. We are aiming to be the best. That takes alot of work. If you don't want to put in that work, this is not for you.

I prefer multiclass raiders but it is not required. Multiclass raiders have an edge of understanding other perspectives in the battle and makes you an asset to any team.
