When I read the title i thought if this was about veteran rewards.
After reading your post I would say: All existing players would refer each other within 24 hours, so it would really just be a veteran reward.

Well...that mount is suppose to be for the Eternal bond system. What if we don't want to get married in game even if it gives you a mount? What if that mount is only accessible while you are married? >>;
