    They do stack. I use a great macro for quick DoT spells.

    /ac "Poison" <st>
    /wait 5
    /ac "Dia II" <t>
    /wait 5
    /ac "Bio II" <t>

    Works very nicely on leve mobs 4-5 stars, and nm's.
