The cap that somebody put in yo' ass for not spending your soldiery? I'm failing to see why you're either forced to spend it or even cap it if you don't need any of the gear. You can bet if I only had one job at 50 I wouldn't bother capping soldiery anymore. I mean, really. You don't have to do it! Nobody is forcing you!
