Winning Hard Content as Tank!

I main as DD on Moonlight Star, and when I win hard content I feel happy that it's over and feel accomplished.

My other character "Oerba Pulse" is my Tanking class. When I defeated Garuda/Titan EX as tank, I feel like I did more ( protecting my allies/under pressure of knowing that I mess up 1 thing I will probably get yelled at *which I am not good as taking mind you*) and came out on top with no deaths, just make me feel like I am a good player.

Being a tank brings out the best you have ( my personal experience, and DD more than I tank, mainly it's the less stressful classes). In the end of it all, I feel like a really good player.

I would personally like to thank my party for Garuda and Titan EX ( they are Japanese, but they were really nice to me ), for sticking it through in the Duty Finder!.

feels even better being off-tank. things like turns 4 and 7 come to mind immediately. requires more than just "stand here and get punched in the face" lol. a lot of times, the off tank can make or break a group.

I agree whole heartedly. I consider my MNK class as my main. My PLD is just as well geared for being an alt and I really enjoy playing it. That being said I always run new content as MNK to learn the ropes before I run it as PLD. There can be a lot of added pressure as a tank to make sure a run goes as smooth as possible.

T4 is the definitive Off-tank experience. Quite possibly the best turn that utilizes the MT and OT. T7 can actually be single tanked as long as you use proper cool downs and have good healers and dps to push the adds.

@OP, yeah being tank is boss, especially when you have 10k hp in deifance and have 30 points into str.
