ok, well.. this is my video that someone linked. This was our first ogre kill, we're all sitting in the middle to chill when our HP gets low since if you check setup, we had ONE con and ONE thm, with the emnity changes after the patch we were simply being overly cautious. We're much more organised and on it now we've all done it a bunch.
We've killed ogre tons since, both melee and ranged setups, sure we can rinse it down in 5 minutes with a ranged setup, but our LS is fairly small so we don't always have the perfect setup to hand. why bring melee when you can bring another mage? Nice to have that luxury, but we run with what we've got and we still win. I FRAPS'd this not becuase it was epic or anything, but purely becuase I thought the setup was going to make it rough and/or possibly interesting.
But yeh, especially me in the video was monkeying about a lot, but hey, this was our second attempt at agre (our only tank went on holiday the day the patch dropped, RUDE!) and we were all spazzing out pretty much.
btw, for any LS with circumstances similair to ours, if you're melee heavy and watch this video, it's not worth running away from Inferno drop, just paralyze the hell out of him (disabling knuckles, if you've got THMs on hand, paralyze etc.) or just interrupt him with WS.

Has anyone tried using Follow Through on the ogre's front to force it to do Elbow Drop?

Standing on the ogres side prevents anyone from getting hit by elbow drop.
As for the other aoe hit, just keep stoneskin and featherfoot up.
