error 2002 and 90000 are plaguing me

Hi I just resubscribed 2 days ago and was disconnected about 4 hours ago with and error code 90000. Now everytime I try to log back into the game it won't even get to the data centre before error code 2002 pops up and disconnects me. I really hope this problem can get fixed because I really like playing the game and pay monthly to do so.
By the way I disconnected and reconnected the router and it didn't fix the problem, and this is not on Hyperion where people have been having many problems, I play on Jenova. SOMEONE HELP! I WANT TO PLAY
