Ready Check - NO Popup message sometimes Please Help!!!

For about a month my daughter's computer was not displaying the ready check popup sometimes. We see the chat log entry but no popup and instantly puts a no for her asap. No timer just puts it there right away. So ppl think she is afk.

We tried the reinstall bit and it happens on ps4/ps3/ and pc so that's no fun at all. But now it's happening to me lol. So far my wife hasn't had this issue on her pc. Has anyone else had this sort of issue? Did a reinstall fix yours? It makes you feel like your being picked on when it happens lol. It is a random thing and doesn't always not work. Also one thing to note. If I initiate the ready check I get the prompt on my screen 100%.

Update: Was doing ready checks and getting ready checks for both me and my daughter's characters then I got logged on this morning and first df dungeon someone ready checked and I never got the popup. I have tried reinstall now on my pc as well and ps4 and both are having these symptoms. It's horrible to have to recreate all my gearsets and action bars from scratch just to do fresh install and have it not fix my problem. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm not too sure, but I believe the ready check will automatically be marked "No" if you are fighting something at the time. Could this be the issue if you're doing fates or something while the ready check is commenced?

I'm not 100% sure on every time it has happened so please forgive me. I do know most of the time it has happened that I have really noticed was in CT or ST right before a boss fight and the raid leader or person initiating the fight as asked me in alliance chat if I was ready. You can imagine me blushing because I am embarrassed because of it. I feel like doh I know how to click a button. lol If only the button would appear. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else.

If you are in an event such as a FATE, ready check issued by someone else in the group will not supply a pop-up.
