Display both Eorzean and RL time?

I usually choose to display the real life time in the display, since I play fullscreen. But there are also many occations where I'd like to see what the ingame Eorzean time is.

It would be great if we could choose to have both displayed at th same time.

Surely you have a clock somewhere in your house? or a watch?

I don't have such devices in my house.

I mean since the RL clock is already possible to display in the HUD, why not both at the same time? Just a little luxury on the interface side.

I guess they did it for clarity's sake - having several clocks showing at once may be confusing to some players (plus I think they're trying to cut down on the amount of clutter in the interface - I mean they've been consistently streamlining the menu buttons since launch). Unfortunately though, FFXI didn't have a dual clock display mode either so I doubt sadly SE will implement such a feature here.

If you have a mobile/cell phone you could always set the irl clock to display and just glance at it when you need to. Or else you could run the game in full screen bordered mode and have the taskbar visible, thus displaying the computer's clock, but I admit I'm just grabbing at bubbles here...

Yeah, well it's not a problem in any way. I just that I thought it could be a neat thing to implement an optional dual at some point - since both are available anyway. But it's probably not something many people would use I guess.
