Static LF outstanding BRD for turn 9 progression

Hey all,

My static is looking for a BRD for T9 progression. we clear 6-8 weekly and have gotten to 2nd heavensfall. We have only been practicing T9 for about two week and are making fast work of the phases. We are looking for a BRD who can do tether and brainjack on T8 and pull at least 300 DPS on the first phase of T9. TS is required at least during raid.

P.S. we will be prioritizing those who wish to join the FC (Miasma, We have a lot of fun in TS pretty much all day.)
